On March 12th of 2015 we recorded a time lapse of the skyline. We setup the camera and pointed it toward the west coast of Oregon from Woodland, Washington. You can see across the Columbia River valley and to the coastal mountains. Using Dragon Frame Software we captured 1,000 frames (929 were used for the video) at 30 second intervals and the sequence was created at 30 fps. Once the sunsets Venus becomes visible and then also sets. We made an "Epic" soundtrack in Garage Band using loops and synthesizers.

          from Katrina Stapleton / Added

This is my DEMO Reel I completed at the end of my second semester at Ringling College of Art + Design. It is a montage of all the projects we were assigned in my Animaiton Technique class. All my projects were created using Dragonframe Stop Motion software and then composited in After Affects. We also were told to create a :05 - :10 second demo reel title sequence using any traditional animation technique. Title should include your first and last name and the words "Traditional Animation Techniques 2014". For my title sequence, I animated the words Animation Techniques using Adobe Exchange's Animdessin.
