We were assigned to create a short 5-6 minute educational film on "How to react to customer feedback". We decided to dumb it down and add some humour and misuse of bikini wear. The results were impeccable; we documented a 92% increase in classroom laughter and received a 43% increase in high fives. Note: Humour and odd bikini use is a sure sell and a must in the marketing mix.
