In Proverbs 23:18 it reads, “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.” Expect all your struggles and pain to come to an end this year. There’s an end to your financial calamity, an end to your sorrows, an end to your sickness, and your expectation shall not be cut off. Expectations are breeding grounds for miracles. You’ve got to have lofty expectations. There’s an interesting concept in Genesis Chap. 2 vs. 19 & 20. “And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field;” This is amazing. God created all the animals, and it wasn’t God who named them but Adam. God made no attempt to change the names. Whatever Adam called them, God agreed. Adam named cattle and all the other creatures.

Isaiah 58:6.."Is this NOT the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of the wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free and that ye brake every yoke? Is is not to give thy bread to the hungry, and that that are cast out to thy house? when tho seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou not hide thyself from thy own flesh?..

From 21st to 28th of January 2012, the “ALORS ON LE FAIT” NGO (Saclay, France) has organized an international training course about the transmission of traditional European music, thanks to the EU program Grundtvig funding and the "Ethno" international network. 24 musicians from 11 European countries have met during 8 days. Each one has taught the others one tune or song of traditional/folk music of his/her country, his/her region with the aim of keeping alive the musical heritage of Europe. From "teachers" to "students" during this training course, the musicians have exchanged part of their tradition, their views and methods of transmission and arrangements to create a common ground for exchange. 2 concerts, in Evry Conservatoire and Villebon-sur-Yvette Youth Cultural Center, were the visible tip of the iceberg of 8 days of music and intercultural sharings.
