Destrehan High School Fighting Wildcats Football Team is the District 7-5A Champion and the runner-up in the 5A State Championship Football Game. Superintendent’s Report A representative from Postlethwaite and Netterville presented information regarding the FY14 Financial Audit. Information on safety and security of schools and facilities of the district was presented. Schools will be closed January 19 for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. The parish science fair will be held January 22 at Destrehan High School. Middle and high school parents are asked to sign and return the consent to release transcript data to the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Aid.
