In August of 2009 the Power Racing Series was born in an empty dirt lot in Chicago. For only the 3rd time in series history the PPPRS returned to its home state for an exhibition race at Redmoon Theater on the south side. It is only the 2nd night race ever held and the first ever to be contested indoors. The world's only $500 electric motorsport completed its fifth season with an exhibition race at Redmoon Theater in Chicago! We competed on November 1st. Here are just some of the thrills and spills that went down. I'd like to thank Make Magazine, Milwaukee Makerspace, Sector 67, i3 Detroit, Pumping Station: One, Area 515, Hack Pittsburgh, Cartastrophe and Phantom Power Racing for their entries this weekend.
