This is my final work at the Vancouver Film School, I had to choose a trailer, short or any visual story and redesign the sound from scratch including foley, dialogue etc... the final step was to do a mix in 5.1 and play it in a theater. This is the stereo version

Bungie approached Schematic to design and create Halo 4's UX and Interactive Menu Systems. The main task was how to tie the menu system within the Halo Universe in a seamless and dynamic experience. In addition, we were also tasked to develop some visual cinematic concepts. As part of a small team, we delivered high concept interactive systems and workflows, cinematic expressions and flyovers and simplifying complex interactions to the modern day video gamer. I'm personally proud of helping develop a visual language for this game that allowed the perfect marriage between UI Design and Gameplay to operate as one. One of the key contributions for me personally, is the design of Halo Reach's iconic 'wings' emblem.

This is an unusual view on a video game shooter. The weaponless calm gets interrupted by turbulence which tears the game out of its ordinary dimensions. The video was created in the course "Visual Techniques", led by Prof. Ulrich Götz. Goal was to create an animated movie by first reproducing and then artistically modifying the visual aesthetics of an already existing video game. The referenced video game is Halo 4 (2012, Microsoft Studios, 343 Industries, Xbox 360). This video was only created for educational purposes. All aspects of the movie were created by myself using 3D Studio Max and Adobe After Effects.
