Ducked and Covered: A Survival Guide to the Post Apocalypse is an instructional public information film designed to assist the general population with surviving life in Australia after a nuclear war. Produced by the Australian Board of Civil Defense during the early 1980s, this previously unseen, dusty print was uncovered deep within a university film archive. Broken into four chapters, the film guides wary survivors through the trials that will await them in the post apocalypse. From post-apocalyptic fashion and unique uses for surplus human skulls, to becoming a local warlord and avoiding radioactive mutants, there is something for all dwellers of the wastelands. With its dry methodical narration, brooding synthesizer, minimalist animation and erroneous guidance, Ducked and Covered is a dark humored parody/loving homage to the late cold war era, early 1980’s public information films, as well as a reminder… OF WHAT STILL COULD BE. • Pirmin Bertle in "Parmi les clochards" (8B) - Tuff bouldering in the most picturesque down-and-out setting ever :)

Tripping through Europe, sleeping in ruins, caves and unfinished houses I often felt a bit like an outdoor down-and-out. Now finally, I dedicated a boulder to our non-climbing brothers in spirit: Parmi les clochards (“Among down-and-outs”) is situated exactly where I want to live if climbing doesn’t turn out as a solution to make my living. Under a waterproof bridge, near a river deep enough for bathing, in a picturesque old town setting and – well – just next to some more boulders: In the historical center of Fribourg. The 16 moves on tuff rock on that bridge built in 1746 demands primarily pocket climbing, a high precision and a solid finger skin. It is the hardest boulder in the canton of Fribourg and actually - I found out - it is my hardest non traversing one as well :) For more information visit www.lizardclimbing.com!

5 years ago I've created a small script for a trailer, but only in 2010 I could gather 3 friends who bravely decide to join in this journey. This nonprofit project has the main goal to be a study tool in every aspect, since the union of the team, till the choices of the right tools and short deadlines without lost the quality. After 117 days working 2 hours a day between march and July, doing simultaneously advertisement works in Tribbo Post, we just finished this 1"58 minutes teaser. This first part of this project was done by the hard work of Ivan Kisil Miskalo, Bruno Camara and Luiz Matta, who put their effort daily with much love. We also had the amazing original sound track and sound design created by Vitor Kisil, who add an epic mood to the teaser. __________________________ DESTINY 2015, a time when humanity runs without a steer. The anxiousness, power and fear mix together with all other feelings, in one grows up a strong feeling that something very bad is about to happen. The anguish doesn’t give it time to reflect about witch way is the right one, there’s no way to protect, ‘cause good thoughts are consider superficial. Since the beginning of times all the sins spread out by humanity devastating the whole world. Gluttony, greed, envy, wrath, pride, extravagance, and acedia, the sins human kind has never get under control and throughout many centuries has been feeding and growing the rise of a great evil. A last sin, a last desire… by proof it’s consequences, one’s has come to time to meet the unknown. There’s no more control and no more freewill, our chances are doomed to our DESTINY.

Nikola Tesla was one of the greatest inventors who ever lived. His technological achievements transformed a planet of isolated communities into a world where electricity and wireless communication is taken for granted. This is the story of a brilliant, charismatic and eccentric Serbian immigrant who rose to the height of celebrity, and then was tragically undone by the machinations of self-serving millionaires and rival inventors. Tesla was so far ahead of his time that his legacy can be seen in everything from iPhones to cruise missiles. but more than this,Tesla's life inspires us to believe in the power of the imagination and wonder -- what would the world be like if...? This short film is a quality, low budget project that benefits from the skills of over a hundred talented volunteer cast and crew members who all believe in furthering the awareness and recognition of the largely forgotten NIKOLA TESLA. This film was made with a budget of $25,000, a volunteer cast and crew, some help from local equipment houses and suppliers, the Director's Guild of Canada and a lot of love and dedication.
