I whipped this up on-site at a nearby cafe in under hour. Our plan was to keep creating these as we traveled around France...but got distracted by all the lovely...um...croissants.

Toured to Bow Hut for a night. We had two solid days touring around Bow Hut and we managed to summit Mt. Olive and Mt. Gordon the second day. A great trip overall and I have realized glacier riding is a whole new game but interested learning and riding more in the future. Thanks to James for some GoPro shots. Each spring, deep in the heart of Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, a truly unique spectacle takes place. Filing into an odd smelling narrow room, a handful of eager young men and women gather around a large grizzly bear pelt. Soon after settling in, this gang of newly recruited Alberta Park staff succumb to a wave of nostalgia as they are time-warped back to the year 1980. The year of the first Alberta Parks Heli Training Film. Over the past five years I've had the honor of working casually for the Peter Lougheed Provincial Park Trail Crew. Complete with each new contract comes the pleasure of getting to watch a slightly dated Heli Safety Training Film. Although the film was totally awesome, only one copy ever existed on a slowly but surely disintegrating VHS cassette tape. With crucial sections of the film vanishing to the wears of repeated use, we felt it was time for a new one...So enter - The Alberta Parks 2015 Heli Training Film!
