Many countries experience a growth slowdown after achieving middle-income status. In a middle-income trap, countries are unable to compete with low-income, low-wage economies in manufactured exports and with advanced economies in high-skill innovations. The biggest challenge is moving from resource-driven growth that is dependent on cheap labor and capital to growth based on high productivity and innovation. Among others, this often requires investments in higher education and research and development.

Recognizing the evolving state of education in Southeast Asia is vital for ADB to properly align its education operations to changing country needs. Most developing countries in Southeast Asia have earned high marks for a dramatic rise in primary education enrollment rates in the last three decades. However, indicators still point to serious education and human-resource shortfalls and daunting challenges remain, threatening economic and social growth. They have to do with improving the quality of education further, developing technical and vocational education and training, and growing cadres of people with advanced degrees so economies can compete in a globalized world.

            • How the Jewish and Satanists Insured the Porn Industry - Anti-Porn Activists are the Key

              from Monica Foster / Added

Many people wonder how the pornographic industry manages to retain it's ties to organized crime, consistently break the law, consistently participate in sex trafficking, exploit countless young men and women, avoid paying residuals to actors and actresses (as mainstream Hollywood does) and permeate the minds of minors without seeming to ever have to face legal consequences. Well the answer is simple, the pornography industry is owned and controlled by the same people as the United States government - Jewish people and Satanists. Anti-porn activists have known this fact for years, however as of current virtually every antiporn activist (or should I say every politician in the anti-porn circuit aka INDUSTRY) is owned and controlled the the same Jewish people who dominate the porn industry. In fact the world's most renowned anti-porn activist - Gail Dines just happens to be Jewish (so you know she'll never really "rock the boat"). In this webcast of Monica At Home - Christian Pornstar edition - Alexandra Mayers fka Monica Foster reads one of her recent blog posts from ZionismXXX.com titled "How the Jewish have insured the porn industry will never disappear - anti-porn activists are the key". The perception of most anti-porn activists is far from the truth of who (and what) they really are - controlled opposition. Elements in regards to how Christian anti porn activists create additional "allure" to the pornography, satanism & the ordo templi orientis (OTO) are also discussed.

iIt's the second most dangerous industry to work in after mining, so why do they do it? Yes - the money is relatively good. But as we uncovered during this episode of China Insight, there are other advantages to joining China's niche industries, where work isn't concentrated in top-tier cities. Many factory workers said that this way they can avoid the hardships involved in becoming a migrant worker without the country's controversial city registration permit - a Hukou. The more people we spoke to and the further we researched, we uncovered more challenges facing the workers, business owners and officials, so we wanted to dig a little deeper - beyond the sparkle.
