      11 August 2015 Astronauts on board the International Space Station (ISS) have tasted space-grown lettuce. The red romaine lettuce leaves were grown entirely by the team and it marks the start of the "veggie project" that will see more food grown in space. Nasa scientists say fresh food will have a positive impact on the astronauts' health.

Filmed with Nikon D7200 at ISO 20,000, Nikon 10.5mm f2.8 fisheye lens. Look to top right at the start, then it skims across top of screen (and brightens). Movie speeded up 3x.
