                  Preheat oven to 450F Cook 1/2 lb of rotini pasta (salted water, 10 minutes). Set aside Combine in large mixing bowl bowl 2 carrots, sliced 4-6 brussel sprouts, diced 3 stalks celery, sliced 1 lb flash-frozen Mahi Mahi chunks In large enamel casserole pan sauté until soft one half diced purple onion in 3 tbsp of light oil Add 1 quart vegetable broth and 1/3 cup mayonnaise to onions and stir until smooth Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce Lightly season with chervil, black pepper, dill, lemon peel, garlic salt Fold pasta, fish and vegetables into the mixture until coated Cover with heavy tight fitting lid and bake for 50 minutes Serves 4-5
