This is my road bike. I found it in my sister's basement. It seems it was lying there for 2 years, rusting and getting walked on by rats, so I thought I'd breathe some life in it. I shot the clip with my Nikon d3100 with the 18-55mm kit lens. Music by Bonobo. The clip has no commercial purpose whatsoever, the bike is not for sale. The video is simply a tribute to the bike. I hope you enjoy it. Don't forget to watch it in HD in fullscreen.... And yes.. the bike is lightning fast :)

Camera: Canon Rebel T2i Lens: Sigma 18-50mm f2.8-4.6 This DSLR lens test examines the depth of field achieved from different f-stops, adjusting the camera's ISO to balance. The shutter speed was locked at 1/30 of a second (the slowest it can be set) to keep a natural shutter speed and motion blur with the 1080 24p setting. Best when viewed in HD. For more details about the test, check out my blog at http://barrybogovich.com/?p=1115 Music: "In Motion" by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross ("The Social Network" Soundtrack)

            • Tybee Anniversary

from Lavender Digital Media / Added

My wife and I took a trip to Tybee Island for a few days for our first anniversary. I took a couple of chances to grab some video for more lens testing. She waited patiently as I fumbled around with the camera. Most of this was shot handheld, except for several sunset shots at the end. I used my Zeiss 28mm f/2.8, and Canon TV Zoom 18-108mm f/1.6 C-mount lenses. They both preformed very well by just using standard adapters. The Zeiss was used on the first half of the video, and the Canon TV Zoom on the second half (sunset portion). I used the Vitaly GH2 42Mb hack for the sunset stuff at the end. For $1400 ($800 used GH2, $250 used Zeiss, $350 used Canon) it's not a bad kit. Music: Fleet Foxes "Blue Ridge Mountains"
