Coffee enemas are one of the best ways of cleansing the liver, the colon, and speeding up detoxification processes in the body. All toxins must be processed by your liver – a near impossible job in our toxic world. Coffee enemas provide a means for your liver to ‘dump’ its toxic load of chemicals, excess estrogens, and heavy metals into the intestines for elimination. They are especially crucial if you have a chronic illness. Read more and get step-by-step instructions on how to do a coffee enema on my blog post, Coffee Enemas, at http://www.liveto110.com/coffee-enemas/
