46,823,194 Views - Youtube Video 2005 - Greenhouse Effect Music has grown explosively on the internet and steadily for nearly 13 years as Clark Haggans uses a Myriad of Google Adwords Advertising in Tight conjunction with Mega Hit Songs Like 2010's "People ( That Won't Back down )." http://www.amaze.fm/artist/GreenhouseEffect/brandy-greenhouse-effect/ - The cyberspace track works extremely well as it alone brings in some Monster web traffic and itunes sales along with "Ripping Reason" and "Brandy." - "Greenhouse Effect music is the reason why so many bands have signed up with Jango Radio ,..why so many bands upload their songs to various sites,..People have discovered that you simply don't need a record label anymore,..to get paid !!!" Says Clark Haggins. "People that Won't back down" is a confusing song that defies the grunge way that G.e. dresses and 'invented' long ago and way before other bands like Nirvana and Green Day. Haggins says that he was a "Loser" who shopped at second hand clothing stores like Aardvark in Hermosa Beach California and the Goodwill In Lomita to find the particular 'vintage' clothing of cheap warn out T-shirts to capture the '1985' punk rock look of SST Records classic vintage guitarist Greg Ginn; i.e. Long Sleeved black "sushi bar" shirts and torn shorts full of holes; "Some times my torn shorts revealed a little too much" Says Haggans "But I think the chicks dig it..." - Haggins says that the way he dressed from about 1979 til 1993 'perfectly' reflected his life and the distorted way that he felt inside; "People were mean and disrespectful ,..Torrance Ca people are real white trash ,..I'm talkin' stupid fucking people here,..stupid motherfuckers ,..and I'm one of em' (Laughs)" Says Haggins. Haggins would drive around in the South Bay area of Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach in a 1966 VW Fastback ,..later switching to a VW Bus in 1987/ 88' ,..before getting into this huge old buick in 89' ,..before settling on the 'classic' Izuzu pick Up Truck that he first cleaned Swimming Pools in; "Even today, over the last 10 years,..I still dress like a piece of shit,..cleaning pools is perfectly for me ,...My wife and people make fun of me and harrass me to dress better and cut my hair all the time ,..I can't change ,..I am the original Grunge God !! from 1983 !! Its just the way I feel." - Haggins says that incredible torture and physical abuse from his older brothers and family in general as a youngster literally 'built' the make up of the Mighty G.e. !! "The horrible way I feel inside and the over-all depressing nature and disrespect made me wanna rock - it made me wanna be the greatest musician ,..to prove I'm worth a damn" Says Haggins. "People That Won't Back Down" takes off in a completely different direction from other Greenhouse Effect Songs and Material as this track moves along as if The Who from 1971 and "Who's Next" or the Moody Blues or a Dire Straights Song with Mark Knopfler; "We're a vintage band with vintage clothing,..everything we do is authentic and vintage,..we emulate the Who exactly ,..we listen to old Harry Nilsson songs and albums,...We're completely into 'real' punk rock from 1977 and before ! Everything about us is 70's." Haggins says that even today, he can be seen strolling into Vons and Stater Brothers markets buying up to 10 bottles of Clorax Bleach at a time and cheap Dish Washing 'blue' liquids for swimming pool cleaning decked out in his G.e. gear of chlorine stained and holed t-shirts and shorts often with soldering burns on them and of course tons of dirt and Lint from "Hair Lint Pots" at Swimming Pools; "I am a fucking Loser - in case you haven't noticed" Says Haggins "People make fun of me and put me down ,...but now I make Good money at this ,..!!!!" Says Haggins. All kidding aside, Hagins revels in the fact that he plays all the instruments and carefully produces and overdubs all of his songs to indie rock perfection utilizing much incredible talents of great drumming, vocals, and of course his trademark guitar sounds; "We're the Greenhouse Effect and millions of people love us,..we make people laugh but we are serious too - we can make you rock !! Like no other band can !!" - http://www.amaze.fm/artist/GreenhouseEffect/brandy-greenhouse-effect/ - Two of Greenhouse Effect's Monster Youtube Accounts were deleted by the Network ( And possibly accidentally concerning Japan's TV Tokyo Company which concerns Haggins ); "To have Our two big Youtube accounts gone and for me to have to get into nasty tangles with them - and possibly over a misunderstanding from some Company from Japan sayin' that G.e. is somehow violating 'their' copyrights ,..well, that's just heartbreaking and insulting" Says Haggins; "We lost all those plays and so many people emailed me to say that was so fucked of them." 'Coke Snorting' is an explosive song from the "Phil Keegan Guitar era" that Propels the Mighty G.e. daily to new heights all over the world on the web where Hagins receives some 15,000 Plays a day for some of his accounts at Vimeo and Bliptv, clearly the biggest band in the music Universe; "The bummer for us is we're not on radio in America and Fm Radio's refuse to play and support G.e. or then i would be making the big money ,...we're fucking missing out on a lot of cash because the radio in America is all rigged,..they make it so all you hear is the Foo Fighters and Green Day and those bands fucking suck ,...all of their songs sound the same - they are artless and they are boring" Says Haggins "and trouble is,...nobody knows it !!,...'cause that's all that they hear all day from our Liberal Fm media !!" - ROCK CITY ENTERTAINMENT 2011. BOSTON MASSACHUSETTS. BMI. 2009. http://www.amaze.fm/artist/GreenhouseEffect/brandy-greenhouse-effect/

http://www.lostenterprises.com/ Hurley Pro - Final Wrap The undeniable high light, and most pleasant suprise, of the event for me had to be the Mick Fanning episode. He called me after R1 asking if I could help him with a board for the tiny surf we had to start with. He came down and we looked at his equipment, and decided to do a couple boards. While at the shop he digs around and grabs an old KA trade in Sub Driver. 5 '11 18.88 2.25 with KA's signature 12" wide nose (Check photo of him holding it on the beach) and giant tail block. Micks normal board is about the same length, but only 18.38 and a nose thats well under 11.50" wide. He ran off with it and then proceeded to go looney on the thing for the remainder of the event.I don't think he looked as tack sharp or precise as he does on his narrower boards, but he sure looked fun, loose and lively. He told me it was the most fun he had in a contest in a long long time. I have to admit I have never seen one of my boards surfed like that. Taj, Kolohe JW...none of them have that same wrap that only Mick possess. www.hurley.com/hurleypro/dvr/dvr.cfm# I watch his heats on demand and just think that my friend Darren Handley sure has one hell of a masterfull RnD guy to work with...Damn. By the end of the week I shaped him one a bit closer to his typical board to bring to Europe...see the stoke. I am in awes of his surfing.

T Street late last week. The swell was all but gone. Kolohe is preparing for the Azores, where last year the surf was so small they had to cancel the event. This is a completely un- edited segment of each wave he rode this session. He is switching between a 5’10 19” 2.25” Sub Driver “Grovel” and a 5’11 18.88” 2.25” normal Sub Driver. Most humans cant even do a proper turn in surf like this. Its a great silent study on form.
