Design Rides is a fun event that celebrates good design by bike! On a Sunday summer morning, design enthusiasts biked thru Midtown after brunch at HOT ITALIAN to other design-driven businesses. The first stop was at Lumens Light + Living featuring Herman Miller, Alessi, Foscarini, and other quality home design brands. The second stop was at indie record store PhonoSelect filled with new and used vinyl from all musical genres, striving to carry the most interesting and well-curated selection of music and music-related artifacts. The last but not least stop was at Scout Living, an antique and design collective specializing in modern, eclectic, and designer furniture, home accessories, and couture. The next Design Ride is set for October 14 with Sacramento Modern, exploring Mid-Century Modern homes through South Land Park. Find more at facebook.com/designride
