There is a private loft in Tribeca where on April 20th, 2012, a group of mad scientists, calling themselves Mythic Bridge, created the "Transformation Tank", a film based interactive art environment. Guests of this event were treated to numerous participation-based installations including a 'mythic bridge' with green LED lights which were controlled by Twitter (when people would enter the event they would tweet @mythicbridge and their message and the lights would blink and get a little bit brighter each time), a zoetrope room that was also controlled by Twitter and a green screen experience where they choose 1 of the 3 scenes in which to play a part and a mock film set where they were TRANSFORMED INTO A CYBORG!

        from Ralph Fuller Added 1,121 24 2

Taken from the Album, 'Sonik Kicks'. The video is available on a special edition DVD box set accompanying the album. Sleep of the Serene - Weller and fellow guitarist Aziz Ibrahim exchange disjointed passages in this abstract instrumental soundscape. The chaos and improvisation tempered by melodic strings is arranged by Sean O'Hagan of The High Llamas. * This video documents Nitin Lachhani's installation he creates under the alias 'Bradford Bahamas'. The video explores the artist manipulating screens with the touch of his hands. Allowing you to drift through the cables and cathode ray tubes into a world filled with light and colour.

Here is the Molino Mad Scientist v3 (version 3) - a nice, big heady bong with 2 7-arm tree percolators (1 removable) and a diffused downstem. This thing delivers medicine amazingly for a pretty affordable price. I'm a fan. Then again, why wouldn't I be? It's a big ass piece! :D

Featuring a Fine Winnipeg Staff, J Jesse Peterson has created another moving, heart wrenching lullabye that, strangely, knocks your socks off. So check it out, you! I still regret that this wasn't shot in colour...The only other way we could have been so foolish is if we made a giant bug chair with amazing acoustic properties that couldn't leave the workshop because we failed to measure the width of the doorways first.

                      from Joseph McIntosh Added 943 15 0

http://www.GLARGandFRITZ.com In a spooky castle laboratory an evil mad scientist is hard at work at his most diabolical scheme, the creation of a killer robot, with which he will finally conquer mankind. The only thing that stands in his way is his own previous mal-formed creations, a couple of bumbling monsters who only want to live out their own fantasy world of astronauts and rock stars. In their quest for stardom, they inadvertantly foil the scientist's schemes, again and again. Winner of the 2005 Princess Grace Film Award, this film was created between 2004 (first sketches) and 2006 (final edit), by a small crew of dedicated student animators and artists and musicians.
