The crew saw a retooled 1920s Austin outside an old building in Hikurangi and wondered who had transformed it. We came back later and met Ross inside what had been a stables, blacksmith shop, and, later, a BP station. He loves old automobiles and collects things that have stories. He told us one about a bicycle, the wrong side of the tracks, and the lasting influence of creative friends and neighbours. He also spoke about his Croatian and Maori forebears. Enjoy the interview!

                • Matariki - le Nouvelle an Māori - Nouvelle-Zélande - Juin/Juillet 2014

                  from Breizh-Zelande / Added
