English: 'Klinim Fes: Erromango i rekonsael wetem ol bubu blong John Williams mo George Gordon' ('Cleaning Face: Erromango reconciles with the descendants of John Williams and George Gordon') tells the story of the reconciliation of the people of Erromango and the families of the Rev. John Williams and the Rev. George Gordon. These missionaries were likely killed on Erromango in the 19th Century by Erromangans who believed that the outsiders were bringing bad luck and disease to the island. The video documents the reconciliation ceremony organised by the people of Erromango in November 2009 to mark 170 years since the death of Rev. Williams, and to lift the 'curse' that Erromangans believed the murders of the missionaries had brought to the island. The video is in Bislama, the Melanesian pidgin spoken in Vanuatu.
