This series of short documentaries document the process of reflection following the work put into The Sun Practice in Concert (April 2015) and The Moon Practice (May 2015). "our preparation for the evenings in which we are to share our practicing consists of practicing - and reflecting. our method of reflection is conversation. there are two formats of conversation we engage in, one of which is recorded and later edited to form video-shorts. you can see these as poetic documentaries that are to uncover (give credit to, valorise) different interests driving the practice; and to do so: as they keep changing, shifting, becoming clearer, and becoming less clear. to us. to you. to all." "i think i should start talking about the practice in terms of: the weather." you can find more information on The Sun Practice in Concert and The Moon Practice at pavleheidler.wordpress.com

Every space with security cameras has its blind spot. Our eyes are the cameras that constantly monitor reality. Where is the blind spot of our consciousness? The unseen is ourselves. BlindSpot is an interactive installation that points out the limitation of vision and perception. I believe the reality in which we live is beyond what we observe by our eyes. Depth, for instance, is something we see and don't see. We think of daily objects as a relationship to it instead of the object itself. I’m attempting to perceive the world not only based on our limited recognition from sight but also reason about the content beyond the vision. In this journey, I hope the participants will gain a new insight of their perception and how they perceive the reality in an environment where they are surrounded by multi-duplications of themselves from the front and the back.
