I was recently asked by my friends at Baba + Boo to create a short animation to help get across the main benefits of using cloth nappies for new born and young children. Using a range of styles and the colour palette of Baba & Boo's cloth nappy kits, I delivered this 2 and half minute film along with 3 re-edited shorter clips. One in six women, at some point in their lives, will be victims of domestic violence. When these women need somewhere to go that is a safe haven, away from their situation, they can turn to shelters where they (and often their children) can be housed and receive the necessary care they deserve but they often have to leave quickly and with very little. Redcliffe Church are collecting nappies to give to a local domestic violence shelter over this Easter so that those women with young children and babies have one less thing to worry about.

ChangeAlert is a moisture sensor that attaches to continence pads and signals when they need to be changed. Incontinence is managed with pads, which is an effective solution if they are changed regularly. Care homes make 4 continence rounds a day, which is time-consuming and can leave patients with wet pads for too long. This can lead to severe infections and pressure ulcers. We created ChangeAlert so that pads can be changed as soon as they are wet. This minimises patient discomfort, avoids these health conditions and optimises resources of care homes by enabling them to provide personalised care to patients.
