On October 15th we had a fantastic Northern Lights display. I was able to shoot the Aurora at 60fps and play it back in slow-motion for the first time in my career. What an amazing feat this new Sony technology has brought to our fingertips. Loving it!

In a rare treat, we got an amazing show on Monday Night. The Northern Lights, treated us to a dance in which they pulsated across the night sky. They don't do this often but I always am awestruck when they do. Glad I was able to finally capture this in a way that I can share it with others. The real action starts at 1:35.

Witness the Northern Lights as you've never seen them documented before, in real-time! It's the next best thing to being here. We've created this compilation for a friend who's family member is not able to travel to see the lights. They will project this on the ceiling at the hospital so that their loved one can virtually experience the Northern Lights. It's amazing what we get to do and how we are able to use the technology at our fingertips to help others experience the magic we witness regularly. While we wish we could share this in person with everyone, we're glad it's possible to share it with those who can't stand beneath it with us. Music Licensed at Premiumbeat.com
