      Student work from DIG426: Experimental Video. It was created using a projector to create the backgrounds and add lighting to the environment. Projections were also placed on a reflector and filmed there. Furthermore, the projector was used as a green screen. Though it is not "the" most visually stunning project I have worked on, I was able to learn many new techniques and ways to create different effects during the course of this project.

        Winner of the Most Captivating Short Film at the 2013 Captiv8 Film Festival, "Cost" is the story of a father who gets the opportunity to show love to a child in a way he could not to his own son. "Cost" also was nominated for Most Captivating Screen Play, Cinematography, and Editing and won Most Captivating Production Design and Director.
