Nüfüd is a mockumentary that delves into the realm of food artificiality. The film illustrates the pitfalls of a future when the human diet is solely comprised of Nüfüd, a highly processed food alternative. The satire shines light on how the hype of tasty processed and artificial convenience foods has led to consumer passivity and in turn, bad health. Translating wind direction from a weather station in Björboholm, Lerum, Sweden to a servo here in Toronto. Unfortunately it wasn't a very windy day when we filmed this but it is working! Video is sped up so the incremental movements over hours can be seen, unfortunately you can't see the changes to the figures on the laptop screen!
