The 'Test Footage Series' are a series of individual pieces all filmed on the fly with no planning/setup/lights involved. The series each center around a theme/mood but its all really up to personal interpretation in the end. Very little post production work is done to the footage, at most minor color tweaks using imovie and an oldd macbook that can barely handle the footage. On 16 November 2011, Occupy SF and marchers from Occupy Cal, Occupy Oakland, Occupy Santa Cruz and Occupy Davis occupied a Bank of America in downtown San Francisco. As this was going on, I interviewed a woman who told me she was occupying because her mother's home was being foreclosed on. San Francisco police arrived and arrested the occupiers, but the BofA was shut down for then entire afternoon. I also took photos of this event and they are here: http://goo.gl/hQxtU

the police determined that our water was "private goods stored on the public way" and therefore "was blocking the public way" and needed to be thrown away. replaced audio with a Track by Fela. info here: http://bit.ly/uZtq4e (no original audio due to the police hiding behind the wire tapping laws. one can get 15yrs for recording audio)
