    • Sincerely, Spain

      from Matty Brown Added 98.7K 1,982 637

This was my first time out of the United States. This video was the feeling I got while in Spain. The layers and layers of history everywhere the eyes turned gave the sense of mystery and exciting eeriness. I went to Barcelona, Seville, Cadiz, and Madrid. Shot on naked little Canon HV40 (no lens adapters, tripods, rigs, or any of that stuff). Edited with Sony Vegas. Music: Cat Power's "Werewolf" www.catpowerthegreatest.com/ "Torture" by Richard Einhorn. Train sounds recorded by Owen Kehoe www.kehoe.org/owen

          • Magical New Zealand

            from Shawn Reeder Added 411K 4,728 266

I have always wanted to travel to New Zealand for as long as I can remember, and so when I decided to move out of my home of 10 years and start pursuing film making around the world, I knew the time had come. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made to leave my beloved home, but I was more ready than ever to embrace the unknown and explore the world. I spent 3 months in New Zealand traveling in a Camper Van having one of the most incredible times of my life. I enjoyed countless nights under the stars, towering mountains, magical rainforest, stunning ocean, and meeting people from all over the world. It changed my life forever, and I know I'll never be the same. Magical New Zealand is comprised of 8640 individual images from over 150,000 that were taken as I traveled around New Zealand for 3 months last spring. The inspirational music of Shaun Diaz is the perfect complement to this magical landscape. If you enjoy, please share! This piece and footage clips from it are available for licensing at 4k and 1080p. I originally created this piece with beautiful spoken poetry accompanying it. Recently I prepared this without the spoken word for my stock agency and since it has such a different feel I want to share it here as well. from Carbon Studios Added 495K 3,639 262

Our goal was to set out and shoot a short film that was lit entirely by moonlight. We waited for the moon to become full and on the night of September 8th we set out to explore the coast in California and see what we could find. When we arrived at our location, the timing couldn't have been more perfect! It was around 12:30 AM and the moon was barely lighting the beautiful beach. The entire shoot took place between 12:30 AM- 2:00 AM. For the first two scenes were shot at a different location a few days before the moon became full. The first scene was shot at 1/25th, f/1.4, 25,600 ISO, The second scene was shot at 1/25th, f/1.4, 32,000 ISO Our settings for the rest of the video were around 1/30th, f/1.4, ISO 12,800. To give you a perspective of how dark it was, there are a couple photos in the behind the scenes below. We did not add any color grading, noise reduction, or sharpness. All of the clips are straight out of the camera shot in the PP2 setting. You will notice some purple fringing around the left side, The Metabones adapter that we rented had a light leak issue from what it looks like. Sony has done an amazing job in creating this camera especially after seeing the quality that has come out of this camera. Song used: Clouds over hills by A. Another massive winter swell hit Sydney's coast over the last week generating monster sized waves putting on an impressive display of power and beauty along the coastline. People spend hours and hours perched atop the cliffs at Bronte (pronounced Bron-tee) marvelling at the sheer power of waves crashing ashore observing surfers taking on the huge swells. What do people think about as they look out onto the huge swells rolling in and crashing up against the shore? Always wondered.... it appears to be quite therapeutic for so many people. As it was a southerly swell generated by a huge low pressure system off Australia's southern most point in Tasmania only a couple of Sydney's city beaches are rideable in these conditions. Bronte, my favourite beach and local, being one of them. This is PURE BRONTE..... indigozoom.com marcus@indigozoom.com Follow: twitter.com/indigozoom Track: Nothing Brings Me Down Artist: Emiliana Torrini http://www.emilianatorrini.com/

Tags are keywords that describe videos. For example, a video of your Hawaiian vacation might be tagged with "Hawaii," "beach," "surfing," and "sunburn."
