build with Processing. The application was programmed based on OpenCV library, and the haarcascade data was trained by me with only one sample image. The detection has a nice hit rate, but, because of the low number of sample images, it will miss sometime. Just a demo, and if I feed 100-200 sample images, it will work nicely.

interactive multitouch installation I developed in 2009 and showed from 12. till 21. June 2009 in Hamburg at Linda on the exhibition SUB/OB I done with my group Urban Units. Several participants can make architectural picture rearranging themselves by touching them. The gestures are processed with the help of the openCV library and the realtime sound is made with CSound. http://www.urbanunits.com/index.php?page=CityGeneratorMultitouch

This was an installation for Audi at the Goodwood Festival of Speed made in collaboration with HMC Interactive. I was responsible the software for this project. It is a smoke simulation written in OpenFrameworks. It uses OpenCV for computer vision. To get a decent frame rate, it was neccesary to update the particle system on the GPU using GLSL shaders. Some pictures can be found here - http://www.neilmendoza.com/portfolio/virtual-wind-tunnel/

Demonstration of my head tracking library which alters the view frustum according to the viewers head position. The library tracks the users head in world coordinates and alters the projection matrix of the scene accordingly.
