1. The Birth of a Flute - part one

    from Ovamus Added

Flute maker Winne Clement searches the forests near his home to find suitable trunks and branches, which he transforms into beautiful and exotic overtone flutes. His dedication and craftsmanship were the inspiration for a collection of short films which show the process and the makers philosophy up close. This is part one, showing the transformation from branch to flute. The marvellous soundtrack is made by Zeger Vandenbussche on acoustic bass; for full experience please use headphones. Check out part two, where the sound of the flute is born! https://vimeo.com/130511787 Shot on FS-700, Odyssey 7Q, Nikon and Tamron still and macro-lenses.
