          This film was made as part of OzAsia 2013, and celebrates the Sister City relationship between Adelaide and George Town, Penang. The agreement between the two cities was signed in 1973, and came about because of the shared history of the two cities: William Light, who was the first Surveyor General for South Australia and gave us the plan for the City of Adelaide was born in Penang. His father, Francis, was the founder of the British colony of George Town. The continuing links between these two cities are celebrated by the Sister City relationship.
