This is the Epiphanies elective led by our Mentor, Don Harker - at Pacific Northwest College of Art for the MFA Collaborative Design program. During the weekend, I was able to try out my Frame Project and was in awe of how my classmates took on the project and added to their individual frames. We all had an amazing view of Monkey Face, good times on the trampoline, singing songs and hiking around. Since its founding in 1909, Pacific Northwest College of Art has been a dynamic catalyst for creativity. Furthering the mission it started a century ago, PNCA is contributing to the civic and cultural landscape of the Pacific Northwest as the epicenter of Portland’s creative community and as a place of distinction among the best schools or art and design in the nation. The Centennial Short Film, 100 Years of Art + Design, celebrates the past, present and future of creativity and civic imagination at the College. Created through a multitude of voices from our community, the video pays homage to the many influential people who have shaped and continue to influence the cultural landscape of the College and the region.
