The 4D Cities URBACT project analyses the interaction of four actors operating in the field of Health Innovation oriented to economic growth. This video, focused on the Knowledge sector, begins a series of four videos that explores every dimension. Knowledge is understood here not only as the offer of educational, training and capacity building programs that procure professional specialization in Health (higher education and medical and technological research in Universities), but also as the most inclusive term to reflect the combined capital of know-how, knowledge and capacity of the actors involved in a projected health strategy in a city as the secondary education in care professions, management of health facilities, social professions, etc.

It was the luck of the Irish that provided the rectangular-shaped natural pool with bright sunshine on both competition days and it was a Brit who accomplished a mission: settling old scores at the infamous ‘blowhole’ and by hitting the hardest dive in his programme for 8.5s. He was not only awarded the day’s highest score for a single dive (158.10pts) but was crowned the winner of the season’s third competition with a total of 488.40pts. Joining the 30-year-old on the podium was Steven LoBue (475.40pts), who jumped from the ‘lucky loser’ spot after three rounds into second place. The 2013 rookie of the year, 24-year-old Jonathan Paredes (475.20pts), leading the pack going into the final took the third place available on the podium, despite having the lowest Degree of Difficulty. © Red Bull Media House

It's not been a glorious summer for England, but the country do at least have one sporting hero: Gary Hunt made it back-to-back wins in Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competition with another sensational victory on Ireland's Inis Mór on Sunday afternoon. Hunt, who has three World Series titles to his name already, but had unfinished business after a disappointing result here two years ago, reached another personal goal, beating 13 other divers, from 10 different countries, to first place after diving 28 metres into the spectacular Serpent's Lair. 3,000 enthusiastic spectators snapped up tickets and saw USA’s Steven LoBue beat Mexico’s Jonathan Paredes by the slimmest of margins, to complete the podium. © Red Bull Media House

Following two overseas stops in Cuba and the US, which have both seen winners from the United Kingdom, the cliff diving elite returns to the rugged coast of Ireland’s Inis Mór. The third stop of the World Series touches first time European soil and faces probably the most challenging conditions of the season. After 2012, the near-perfectly rectangular blowhole ‘Serpent’s Lair’ will serve as the landing site for 14 professional athletes, from 10 different nationalities, from as far away as Mexico, the USA, Colombia and Russia. It was Artem Silchenko who took victory in 2012 and the reigning World Series champion is back in the game after his second-place finish in Texas two weeks ago. Exceptional diving action from 28m can be expected on the early afternoon of June 29th. © Red Bull Media House

The first of three battles between female cliff diving athletes happened in Texas. Brave women fought for victory from 20m. The requirements for both male and female athletes are the same. They use the same technique, show a lot of difficulty and have just as much passion for the sport. The height is the only major difference… Does that affect or change their training process? What do the ladies think about the latest developments in their sport? What did it take to come here and what are the biggest challenges for them? © Red Bull Media House
