          Artist, writer and faculty member Daniel Duford talks about Portland's independent comic community, his recent public art commission in Portland's Chinatown, and teaching at Pacific Northwest College of Art. Duford has a BFA from the University of New Mexico. He is an Instructor in the Intermedia, Illustration and Sculpture departments at Pacific Northwest College of Art. He has self published his graphic novels and posts an on-going anthology on Radio Relay Towers. Duford's sculptures and drawings have been exhibited in national galleries and his illustration and comic work has appeared in numerous magazines and independent publications.
