Giggle Up is a design performance and interactive experience that I designed and directed to look through the lenses of experience design and design performance. My purpose with this work is to investigate the ways of gamifying laughter. As a part of the Design Delight journey with Emilie Baltz, I prototyped my experience idea in order to see people's reaction and feedback outside in public. The purpose of this experience is to create an interactive game that provokes laughter. The frames have switches to attract people to the interaction. The goal of the props, in this case frames and white Tyvek jumpsuits, are to create a focus on the faces so that we can look at each other and pass on the laughter. There is also a reference to laughter's being infectious with the white, sterile-looking jumpsuits.
