A video specifically made for hiring purposes, I suppose. Thank you to veteran Youtube user, 'PoopPoopFart', for your adaption of Joe Hisaishi's 'Music of the Celestial Beings' that caught my interest. In future, please make your username less embarrassing to credit you with...

This is just a wee update on my progress since the summer of 2014. I made this for my wonderful team of helpers and lovely people who gave me their time to try and make this come together. More progress on the way, I say.

A layout of what I am aiming for and would ask my lovely helpers to aim for too for the best results for the film. There's a few spiels in it, but it's all v.important to listen to at least once. Plus, some nice music in the background always helps :) I do not claim to own any of the clips, and I am thankful to all those wonderful animators for making these examples that I so admired enough to use to demonstrate my points to my team. Some of these, for example, are from the 11 Seconds Club, (such as BJ Crawford's 'Reservations' and Andrew Chesworth's 'Attitude Problem'). They are competition winners ~ so go there to check them out and more wonderful stuff.

Basically a little video I made for potential helpers (in my class) for my film in refining the process of how I want to bring my animated character, Dominic, into real-life footage.

This was made for the book-launches of Sally Magnusson and Norman Stone's: 'Horace the Haggis and the Ghost Dog'. So far, apparently a few children have been traumatised by this. Excellent! Made using Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Did this for a project in the year above me. I think it was called 'The Kelp', but I'm not sure... Time was short. Lip-syncing and drawing of the style was practiced the night before. The piece was animated within the following day.

My entry for the 11 Seconds Club, Feb 2013. Sadly unfinished and animated foolishly in 6 days before deadline. However, I wasn't displeased with its place.

Here's a little footage test for a film I want to do that combines traditional animation with live-action. None of the AfterEffects handy-work has been done yet, but I was excited just to see how my animation timed with the live-footage.

                      Tags
