A cameraless film, group project created with the students of my Spring 2011, U-Arts Animation ll class in Philadelphia. The imagery is hand-made on a variety of 35mm stock (some of which was from old commercials I had shot). I then had the film professionally transferred to digital files at Technicolor lab in NYC. Multiple techniques were employed to achieve the various looks of the film. Edited by Adam Lederman. Sound design by George Silvertooth

This film is best enjoyed with decent headphones, as it contains spatial effects, i.e. panning! Enjoy... About "Clock Strike": I shot and edited this 16MM film while in college in 2008. I also did the sound design and magnetic tape cutting, which I quickly found is limiting when you're stuck with only 2 tracks of audio. Recently I got a professionally transferred copy of the film in order to edit it into my demo reel. I found that a lot of the sound became slowly out of sync, which is incredibly frustrating. The quality isn't great, but it's better than a "dirty dub". I took this opportunity and cleaned up the visual edit, as well as reworked the original sound. I kept all of the original sounds, and added a ton of self recorded foley. While there's a bit more I'd like to put in the middle of the film, I consider it as complete as this project is going to get.......although an HD transfer of the film would be incredibly nice...
