In March 2012, Global Creatures teamed with Dreamworks to launch a live theatrical show based on the film "How To Train Your Dragon." Spinifex Group was contracted to develop the graphic content for the entire show. The brief was to take the movie from its original look and portray it in a more illustrative style. The challenges focused around timing the animation to match the choreography of the actors and dragons, while also maintaining a sense of scale and balance between the animatronic creatures and the projected content. In addition, the animation needed to move as one seamless scene across both the wall and floor, serving as a complete theatre set--a first of its kind. I designed and animated the sections showcased in this video. Additional Credits: 3D - Nick Hunter and Pepin Portingale Matte painting and Illustration elements - Dan Potra and David Woodland+ More details

So I finally made a showreel. It is a mix of something old and of course the newest. I chose to make my showreel as an ongoing project, so always have the option to keep it updated, the plan is that each time has completed 2-3 projects, I will cut them into the current showreel. It is most projects that I had much fun with. A lot of personal projects and some from my work. Anyways, enjoy! Music: B.O.B. vs Zeds Dead - Beast Break (DOSVEC)+ More details

Mont Orgueil Castle set the scene for a new kind of battle. The ancient structure stood immutable as a torrent of light was unleashed by the creative minds at seeper, bursting upon the old stones with a new-era vengeance. Art and technology, in perfect congress, mounted a spectacular assault upon this icon of a violent history. The result was not fear, but wonder. The hill exploded with life and art; organic and digital forms seamlessly taking their places as part of the ageing monument, repainting it, eager to bring us into renewed contact with our past. Because art reconnects us with our history, creating new relationships with things long dead. And seeper put a new face on this old creature, letting it breath again for a new generation. This, dare we say, seminal architectural projection mapping work was made possible by the unstoppable www.branchagefestival.com+ More details
