    This it a quick overview of Mingering Mike’s exhibit at the Smithsonian American Art Museum that opened on February 27th 2015. I went and took some pictures of the exhibit and stayed for the talk back in which Mingering Mike was there! What an amazing story about Mingering Mike and his work.             Preparation for "Modern Masters from the Smithsonian American Art Museum" began months ago and involves completely re-creating the gallery with new walls and passageways. Forty-three works of art will fill the space by the time the exhibition opens on Friday, October 7. Reynolda House is producing a brief documentary on the installation process that will be available at www.reynoldahouse.org/modern on opening day.
