"Times" is a self-contained short-clip by Isenseven and at the same time the last part of the upcoming full-length movie "Let's Go Get Lost". As this clip will be edited slightly different in the final movie, we decided to publish this original version online already now. This clip contains a collection of footage we gathered throughout the season and during the summer days in our hometown Munich as well as in Berlin, New York, Tokyo, Bejing, Portland, Barcelona and many other places. We like to thank all of our close friends for a great year 2009 and especially thank those guys for riding their skateboards for us: Conny Mirbach, Christopher Geyer, Jonas Rosenbauer, Michael Von Fintel, Christoph Friedmann, Dennis Gläser, Timo Kavermann, Mack McKelton, Gunes Ozdogan, Marcus Sweeney, Philipp Schuster and John Zelehoski. Filmed by: Felix Urbauer, Alex Schiller, Vincent Urban, Niko Jentsch, Magnus Törnkvist Edited by: Vincent Urban As Munich plays a major role in this clip, we are happy we could use a song from a local band for this project. The song's called "Mindestens In 1000 Jahren" by Frittenbude from the Album "Nachtigall". Support the band and be friends with them on Myspace! (www.myspace.com/frittenbude)

          • Isenseven - "Don't Panic!" TEASER

            from Vincent Urban Added 139K 807 54

Don't Panic! Yes, you should not panic. Why panic? Things are good, aren't they? Speaking of "things"...."Don't Panic!" is also the name for IsenSevens 2010 movie. We travelled to powdery Euro resorts, snowed-in German and Scandinavian cities, slushy California parks, Russian ghettos and all kinds of other fun places.....except Vegas. No snow there this year. With a bunch of new riders, familiar faces and new additions to the production team, we regrouped to form a snowboard-movie-super-alliance which even the United Nations couldn't shake a stick at. Equipped with fancy schmancy cameras and cool cranes/jibs/dollys/cable cams/filming monkeys we set out to make yet another fine movie filled with the typical fun riding, banger bangers, people doing stupid things, rails, pow, park, bright and flashy colors and little snow caves. This years team consists of the usual suspects Fredrik Evensen, Christophe Schmidt, Ludwig Lejkner, Fips & Tobi Strauss, Alex Tank, Tom Klocker, Marco Smolla and the new additions of the swiss connection Colin Frei & David Bertschinger Karg, Austro kicker machine Benny Wetscher, Norwegian viking Sindre Iversen, Italian supermodel Simon Gruber, Scotlands real Braveheart Gary Greenshields and Norwegian super-kid Gjermund Bråten. So be sure to bring your barf bags cause there's going to be some spinning that will make you dizzy! The movie will be released mid September and the whole gang can't wait to show you their new baby. Brothers Chris and Kirk Bray have been producing leather goods for the last ten years. They launched Billykirk from Los Angeles in 1999, learning their craft from a third generation leather maker. A simple leather strap kick started the business, a decade later their collection has flourished into other offerings that consists of bags, belts, shoes, wallets, hats and other accessories. Since expanding and moving their operation to the East, they've employed a group of Amish leather makers to produce much of their line, while wrapping up production in their studio. We visited the brothers over the summer to observe their operation first hand and to discover the beauty behind the process. Photo by Rose Callahan Visit thescoutmag.com

This is, what we believe to be, the first wedding shot entirely on 35mm adapters. We chose the brevis and had a crew of 3 shooting the day, with a fourth shooting behind the scenes. We had a wide assortment of gear with some of the highlights being the new Cinevate follow focus, the new Cinevate cage (for handheld work), a prototype of the soon to be released slider, and many lenses. We used a full EOS setup with the 24 1.4, 50 1.4, and 70-200 being the most common as well as some Zeiss primes including a 28 f2, 50 1.4, and 100 f2 macro. On the steadicam we used both the 50 and 28 from Zeiss. The ceremony was shot with the steadicam and two 70-200s. The reception was light using a pair of pro lights (easy to pack) and some diffusion. All other lighting was just using what was available and aside from the 3-5 shots during the photo-session, everything else was shot live as it happened. I love shooting water! This is a collection of images from the past several years of the small streams and waterfalls in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. Most of this was shot with my EX1 and Letus 35mm adapter. Some of it is on the indiSlider, some on a Cobra Crane backpacker (lightweight crane I lug into the woods!) and near the end is stuff from my canoe shot with an FX1. Lightly graded in Magic Bullet Looks, edited in FCP. Hope you enjoy it. Music is some that I have the rights to.

Brooklyn bass juggernaut Drop The Lime aka Luca Venezia returns with new single ‘Sex Sax’, released through his own Trouble & Bass label on June 22nd 2010. ‘Sex Sax’ originally began life as a tool for these DJ sets, but it didn’t take long before Luca’s DJ friends were asking him what the track was and how they could get their hands on it. With all this demand the time seemed right to develop it into a full track and release it to the masses. It’s a club banger, yes, but it’s imbued with personality as only DTL knows how. Cheeky wolf whistles and sassy Aye Carumbas flirt with the insistent saxophone loop to create a track that sounds as at home on the beach (margarita in hand) as it does on the dancefloor.
