1 of two short clips around Port Pirie in South Australia. Here we check out the movement of trains, starting about 09:15 with 3GX1, then 3MP4 & next 2PM1. I finished at Warnertown about 21:00. During to low light headed home from Warnertown, where the rail crossing had been blocked since 17:00 by train No 9102S having failed. We see GWA's train 9112S coupled on behind to push it to Rocky River, but couldn't move it. Next train no 2PM9 was couple to the rear of 9112S about 21:45. The crossing was finally clear about 22:30.

This video project aims to promote the story of the Barossa’s heritage of generations, food and wine culture, and sense of community – as well as provoking people to think about the region’s future. It will be the start of a new ‘video history of the Barossa’. It features Barossans from seven years of age to 100 – from generational families to recent arrivals – talking about everything from their family’s connection with the Barossa and their favourite Barossa stories, through to their thoughts on what the Barossa will look like in 30 years’ time and what they see as the key to a thriving future for the region. The Barossa community is invited to contribute their own footage to build a library of stories for the video history of the Barossa. Email annemaree@barossa.com for more details
