I brought the camera along to a Sunday homebrew session. Beautiful, sunny summer day, but a difficult location to shoot in, especially while trying to brew at the same time. The beer we brewed is a 'Summer Ale': a clean, refreshing beer that is low in alcohol (just under 4% ABV), has a noticeable malt presence but finishes dry, and has lots of citrusy hop flavour and aroma without much bitterness. The 'floaties' in the carboy are from the whirlfloc tablet we used to help drop the hop debris out of suspension - except we sucked them into the carboy too. You can follow our brewing efforts on our web site: http://www.brewbros.ca The music in this video is courtesy a great, free online music resource: http://www.danosongs.com
