Five minute video which lovingly zooms into bike parts, and names them. "Watch this guide and you'll be talking bike in 5 minutes." The 'bespoke' soundtrack was made using bike parts (spokes, gear shifting, disc brake rotor twanging), recorded in my garage and then made into music by Greg Johnston. It's bike tech techno: I've called it 'Bong. Psst. Twang. Whirr. Psst.' This fine video is available for iPods and Apple TV's via http://quickrelease.tv/?p=380 Click there also for an iTunes MP3 of the music. Heck, there's even a free ringtone of the bike sounds for an iPhone. Thanks for watching. Carlton Reid.

Bike vs car in a wild chase through suburbia. My first 16mm film. The Bolex we used had a light leak in the filter slot, but I was able to cut the footage together anyway. http://www.spokesbmx.at was calling for the first BMX session in the new and pretty awsome hall at lissfeld. Some pretty good riding and a good time were guaranteed. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that no pegs were allowed, because all of the ramps are made out of wood. Filmed with a Canon 7D using some different lenses and a selfbuilt steadycam. http://barnabasbartl.wordpress.com
