All 5D Mark II highlights using Canon 16-35L, 24-105L, 70-200 2.8L IS and 50 1.4 lenses along with a Steadicam Pilot. The narrative for this video came naturally, thanks to the emotional climax of the bride's speech. When I found Jason Mraz's Details in the Fabric, it was a done deal. First time I've edited a video beginning with the audio; it's a great approach for telling the story. http://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/details-in-fabric-feat-james-morrison/id277636130?i=277636153 See the blog post at http://lovestorymedia.blogspot.com/2009/12/kristin-rob-oct-3-2009-highlights.html Visit us at www.lovestorymedia.com

Back in the summer, when Diana and Binh booked this date, we had just had a wedding at Ryerson Church. That was one of our first with the 5D, and our main lens was the 24-105 f/4.0. It is a very dark church, and we knew we needed some faster lenses. So on this occasion nothing was slower that an f/2.8, and the majority of the shots in this video are on the 24 1.4. What an amazing lens. The "Philip Bloom segment" was shot with a Canon 50 1.4. Dave did an amazing job with the Steadicam Pilot, while Natalie pulled off some beautiful shots including the perfect ring shot. And they had a lot of fun creating this SDE with intense time pressure. Filmed and edited on October 3rd, 2009. Visit us at lovestorymedia.com

"Diary of a Dream" nu se vrea a fi un simplu film prematrimonial, ci o poveste reala ce poate fi analizata conform criticii oricarei naratiuni, pe momente ale subiectului! Laitmotivul acestei creatii este "Visul", intre vis si onirism, al miresei noastre, Nicol, intre care se zbate intreaga dezvoltare a evenimentelor. Un alt motiv intalnit este cel al calatoriei! In expozitiune aflam modul in care s-au cunoscut protagonistii, pentru ca intriga sa marcheze o lipsa, un neajuns suferit de personajul principal feminin, anume dragostea cautata, insa neimpartasita inca. Intense Multumiri Mirilor nostri, John & Nicol! Scenariu: Nicol (Neraida) Director de imagine: Florian Mirea "Zen" Operator imagine: Nicolae Doru "Dezastre" Asistent imagine: Lucian "Celnegra-Definition" O productie Zenus Film 2009 pentru mai multe lamuriri, vorbim pe mess, ID: preotul_zen Vizionare Placuta! "Diary of a Dream" does not want to be a simple prematrimonial video, but a real story that can be analyzed according to any narratives critics, with the moments of the matter! Leitmotif of this creation is "Dream", between dream and delirium, of our bride, Nicol, between the struggles around the development of events. Another reason is that the trip met! Find out how in the exhibition were known protagonists, that the plot to mark an absence, damages suffered by the female main character, namely love looking for, but still unrequited. Carry out the action presents, chronologically, why trip and love the two in a bucolic environment, pastoral. The highlight, when the maximum intensity lies in the application in marriage and the engagement ring, preceded by a shared love of the rink. Outcome suggests princely living, happily, to a great age, the "main character collectively, our couple! The beginning and end are marked by reason of the dream, meant to put us to doubt the authenticity of what happened! It was just a dream? But it looks so real ...! "Diary of a Dream", a short film marriage is meant to break barriers of Love Story and Trash the Dress with a unique creative and innovative, not syncretic, but presenting it as a whole, in perfect balance, away from what most frequently used kitsch present in wedding videography: speed, slow, warp, or cuts on the same frame of beat sake ..! Thanks to our bridal couple, John & Nicol! • Steadicam continuous tracking shot @ BBC Persian TV

              from Terry Wilson / Added

Continuous tracking shot I did last year at the BBC Persian TV Studios during their launch rehearsals. Filmed with Sony EX1 at 1080P25 on a Steadicam Pilot system. This was the first time I'd ever attempted anything like this: it was choreographed in half an hour and we pretty much got it on Take 6. Neil Kanwal followed me round on sound. Some Z-axis smoothing was done in Motion, reframe compensation in FCP and graded in Color. This shot was the part of a bigger internal promo film for the BBC's Global News division. Thanks to everyone at the studio who downed tools to help out at such short notice.
