Pastor Steve Kirby interviews Bro. Ronnie Hughes. He has an incredible testimony of healing and miraculous encounters with near death experiences. Pastor Kirby concludes with a beautiful call to accept Christ. The Calvary Heirs have been connected to the Walk By Faith Christian Church in Lenoir City TN where this recording was done after the Sunday morning service for several years. It is a unique church full of God's love. Anyone in the greater Knoxville area would benefit from attending.

For its THIN AIR 2010 Fundraiser on June 4, the Winnipeg International Writer Festival invited Lawrence Hill and Steve Kirby to create an evening of words and music. Lawrence read selections from his acclaimed novel, The Book of Negroes, and the Steve Kirby Quartet (Steve Kirby, bass; Jimmy Greene, saxophone; Will Bonness, piano; Curtis Nowosad, drums) responded with soulful music from the African-American tradition. HarperCollins provided images from the illustrated edition of the novel.

McKinsey and Company approached me about producing a number of films to fulfil some of the primary communications needs of their 'Solutions' service line. This film is the first one, for a global healthcare provider network. I used emotive metaphors of sailing and tall ships to identify with the challenges and apprehensions of Healthcare leaders.
