This was a stop motion film assignment I did in 10th grade with a friend. It was made fairly quickly, and with low-quality freeware that I found through Google.

Some people see life through the vision of the people around them. Hence, they live and shape their own opinions depending on others opinions of how they should see things and deal with life. It's like going around an endless circle where they don't know how to start or even where the finish line is because there isn't one. But sometimes, things happen inside the circle and somehow one realizes their life's but a copy of others' and so they make a change. In a time where New Media has become a daily element in our lives. It's a place where opinions surround us easily in a scary way that holding onto ones identity, uniqueness and individuality has become also a challenge each and every one of us faces on a daily basis. This short film was made for New Media course. “Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice." [Stanford University commencement speech, 2005]” ― Steve Jobs

A while back I was stopped by a lady outside my work, she told me an elaborate 'broken down car story' and asked me for some money. I was hesitant at first (like most people), but in the end I thought I would do a good deed and give her what she wanted - £7. I opened my purse and all I had was a 20 note. I gave it to her. She said that she would return and give me back the money as soon as she got her car sorted. We exchanged numbers. I went inside and told my colleagues about the bizarre occurrence and before I even finished they jumped in -'crack whore'. It got me thinking, so I made this stop frame animation to express my thoughts. FYI - She never called.
