*ATTENTION: The first 15 seconds of the video could provoke those with visual or photosensitive seizures.* In conjunction with Epilepsy Awareness Month, we invite our supporters nationwide and around the world to take part in the Danny Did Foundation’s Epilepsy Awareness Month Campaign, which runs throughout November 2011. Our goal is for 1,000 people to make a $25 online donation, to raise $25,000. Please take a minute to visit www.events.org/november to make your $25 tax-deductible donation. You can also help by forwarding this information to as many people as you can – the awareness raised is equally important to the funds. Remember to double the value of your gift by asking your company to match your donation. Your $25 tax-deductible donation will make a very practical difference to an individual or family in need. Together, we can improve the lives of the 3 million people in the U.S. with epilepsy.

from Danny Did Foundation Added 768 0 0

Danny Stanton was an active, smart, athletic boy who loved play sports and give hugs. He had a seizure in his sleep - the fifth seizure of his life - and died the morning of December 12, 2009. Danny was 4 and a half years old. The Danny Did Foundation was created by his parents with the mission to prevent deaths caused by seizures. Seizures result in over 50,000 deaths per year in the U.S., more than breast cancer. During his life on Leona Avenue in Chicago, Danny changed the world, and he continues to change the world as more people learn about SUDEP - Sudden Unexplained Death In Epilepsy - because of him. Find out more about Danny and the Danny Did Foundation at www.DannyDid.org. Please go and enjoy your life. Danny Did.
