    Once upon a time I went to Lancaster University, they had a club called 'Sugarhouse'. Here, Ollie Gaskell has pretty much summed up the place. Now I work for Lanor Productions, we make videos, but I mainly do the business stuff. One day, they taught me how to edit videos, here's my first one, I'm quite proud of it!

      Like many people in the U.S., Deb Henry wasn’t happy with her elected officials, especially with the constant discrepancy between their electoral promises and their actual track record once in office. Once a militant Democrat, she was so disappointed that she decided to run her own mock campaign for City Council where she would say exactly what she thought, without worrying about sabotaging her chances of being elected. Even though she wasn’t elected, she was surprised by her good results. She learned a lot from her experience, realizing that regular, decent people (not professional hypocrites) are actually who most people would rather see elected. So, she decided to run again, this time seriously, as an independent city council candidate for Salt Lake City. {Sugar House Shopping Center, South 1300 East, Salt Lake City, UT}

            Our neighborhood has a fourth of july parade for the kids each year - it's tons of fun, the parade goes down the street and everyone comes out for it. This was the start of what was to be the best 4th I've had in a long time! Thanks to our neighbors on 18th East for getting us involved!

              Fairmont Skatepark, January 2013, Logan Summers. Most of the month has been terrible weather, with lots of snow and below freezing temperatures. I wanted to try to still get out and skate, sometimes underground spots or parking garages can get a little boring after a while. So I shoveled the skatepark and decided to make this little edit. Its the first time I have tried to make a video all on my own. I came across a few problems when doing so, the battery died on one of the clips as soon as I landed, tapes would end without me knowing, and finding angles was difficult without knowing what it would look like when I did the trick. It was filmed with a Canon GL1, so the quality is not HD, sorry for it being poor. But I hope you enjoy watching me cruise around the park in this January edit. Songs: Andrew Bird- Lull. Andrew Bird- Fitz and the Dizzyspells. Editing, Filming, and Skateboarding, were all done be me. follow me on Instagram- @logansummers

                We approached Beyond Glaze to test some social marketing using a more documentary form of video as opposed to traditional :30 and :60 second ads. The result was fantastic. I can't imagine not wanting a delicious doughnut after watching this, either!
