Slice cauliflower, onion and garlic into large pieces on your cutting board. 2. Place cauliflower and onion into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for approximately 11 minutes on a medium flame and then drain the water. 3. Meanwhile, cook Cappello's Fettuccine pasta in rapid boiling water for 45 seconds-1 minute and then strain the pasta. 4. In a separate pan, add 1-3 tablespoons of olive oil and sliced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes on a medium flame. 5. Place the warm cauliflower, onion and garlic into your blender (I like to use a Vitamix) and blend until creamy. 6. Pour sauce onto the pasta. 7. Add salt and pepper to taste. 8. Optional: You can add simple ingredients like thyme, rosemary or truffle salt to add more flavor Enjoy!

      A visual guide and recipe to making your own Superfood Almond Butter Cups Ingredients: Makes about 6 cups 1/3 Cup Melted Cacao Butter 3 tbsp Cacao Powder 1 tbsp Chlorella 2 tbsp Maca 1 tbsp Chlorella 1 tbsp Mesquite 1 tbsp Lucuma 1 tbsp Camu Camu 1 tbsp Raw Honey Goji Berries Bee Pollen Almond butter (or any other nut or seed butter) Cupcake Liners A pot Glass jar Water Directions: 1. Using a double boiler system pour 2 cups of water into a pot 2. Take a small glass jar and place it into the water 3. Heat up the water 4. Add 1/3 cup of cacao butter pieces to the glass jar 5. Heat until everything is melted 6. In a separate bowl, mix together dry superfood ingredients: 3 tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp chlorella, 2 tbsp maca, 1 tbsp chlorella, 1 tbsp mequite, 1 tbsp lucuma, 1 tbsp camu camu, 1 tbsp raw honey 7. Add hot melted butter to dry ingredients and stir until creamy 8. Pour about 2-3 tbsp of the mix into the base of a cupcake liners 9. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes or until they become hard 10. Take 1/2-1 tbsp of almond butter (or you can use any other type of nut butter or seed butter) and press down on top of the chocolate base. Then put them back in the freezer for 5 minutes 11.
