Upon completion of the Ryland Homes Candelas Models in Arvada, CO, TRIO provided individual training programs for the sales and construction teams, outlining all of the fantastic sustainable attributes that Ryland offers, and TRIO supplements with design and merchandising features.  We are excited to announce that these sessions sparked the interest of Ryland Homes on the national level. On October 9th, TRIO's principal and creative director, Angela Harris, will be presenting a webinar to all of Ryland Homes Vice Presidents of Marketing. This training has been tailored specifically for this group to introduce them to sustainable marketing and merchandising techniques that speak to todays buyers.  In the past five years there have been five key American consumer shifts, one of which is green awareness and healthy lifestyles. Due to this shift, it is absolutely critical to understand sustainability and to capture sustainable memory points within model homes. This training outlines how to target this shift and achieve these goals. For more information on this training please contact us at info@trioenvironments.com.

This animation illustrates the economic impact SABMiller has sub-Saharan Africa. Investment from multinational companies, their tax contributions and the broader economic value that they generate is important for economies in developing countries -- to create jobs, provide funding for infrastructure improvements and support a wide range of businesses up and down the value chain. In order to better understand the impact that we have, SABMiller commissioned an independent academic report by Professor Ethan Kapstein of INSEAD. He looked at the role that SABMiller's businesses play in sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa). • In Ghana, SABMiller directly employs 850 people, supporting 17,600 jobs and generate $117 million dollars of added value for the economy. • In Mozambique SABMiller contributes $106.4 million of economy-wide tax income and support at least 73,100 jobs throughout the economy • In Uganda, where they source extensively from local farmers, each SABMiller job supports over 200 local jobs and their subsidiary Niles Breweries contributes substantially to the tax income of Uganda with US$ 78.8 million economy-wide tax income, equal to 4.2% of total Ugandan tax income DATA SOURCES: 2011 Economic growth rate data (as at 30/10/12): World Bank 2014 Growth forecast data: World Bank All other data from Professor Ethan Kapstein's Socio-Economic Impact Assessment of SABMiller in sub-Saharan Africa -- excluding South Africa.
