A short film that Michael Gibson and I made for the Ignite Short Film Festival 2005 in Sydney. It is based on the story of Exodus 14 (the people of Israel being delivered from Egypt through the parted sea), but told from the perspective of a fish. It raises some of the questions brought up in the passage - when you realise who is in control, would you fear and trust him? It can feel a little like a comedy when you first meet the fish, but the narration and music is much more serious. (I like to think of it as a the Matrix meeting Free Willy - "My name is Nemo!") Starring James Deeth (Gillford's voice). Script by Guangyao Un and Michael Snowdon.
