This is a short animation to present the difference between cultures. There are worse things going on in the world, like child soldiers, than being concerned about peoples' sexual preferences, gender identities, and religion. We could have a world of acceptance and void of any ignorance and hate. The software kept crashing and frames were being deleted which effects the fluidity within the animation.

    • Civilized or Uncivlized?

All rights go to their respective owners. Or more like Cannibal Holocaust in 3mins or less but if you watched the film already then this would make more sense I would guess. I made this video cause after I watched the film "Cannibal Holocaust" it made me beg the question the difference between "civilized" societies and "uncivilized" societies. Just because we have laws I don't think it makes us more civilized rather than to the laws of the jungle. The way I see people that still live separate from "our" world I see them more civilized cause they focus on their tribes rather themselves. In our world it's all about money cause that's what we force it to be rather the tribes continue to live with the times. I wanted to know your thoughts about this, whoever reads this or watches the video. What do you think about our current society is it more "civilized" with the technology we have or more uncivilized? Also, what do you think about the comparison of first world countries and third world ones?

I had the opportunity to travel to haiti to film not only great imagery but to see a people group that encapsulates the meaning of faith. I went to capture footage of Haiti and Hut Outreach but I ended up capturing much more! I captured a culture that looks to God for strength, a organization that doesn't just give handouts to people but sacrifices to provide schooling and love to the people. I got to be part of an amazing group of UT students in whom I will ever be connected with. I got to understand the meaning of Christ love to a whole other level.

shot and cut by Max Andrew Dubinsky "Oh Great God, Give Us Rest" written and performed by David Crowder Band In 2013 I was invited by Food for the Hungry to visit Dhaka, Bangladesh and visit with men, women, and children living in slums where the population struggles with gaining access to clean water and food. They have limited knowledge of personal hygiene, nutrition, saving, and education. Young women are married off by the age of sixteen to men twice their age, and young boys are put to work to help provide for their family rather than sent to school. FH intends to find solutions to eliminate child labor and marriage, and increase survival and education by creating self-sustaining communities through child sponsorship. This is a glimpse into their lives. https://fh.org/max

This is a beautiful love story, that would be to difficult to explain in this short space. Please visit http://jasminevalley.com/MaoMomDit.html to read about the story behind this love story. If not for the people of Jasmine Valley, due to cambodian traditions these two would not have been able to marry, and would have ended up in very different situations. So we decided to fly back to Cambodia and capture this special day for Dit and Mom, to provide them with something that they would never be able to afford, and to show the world a glimpse into a Cambodian wedding. If you are in Cambodia be sure to visit Jasmine Valley, is easily one of the most beautiful places you can stay in Cambodia if not the world.
