      Still learning what this stuff can do. Using a wavetable VCO as a clock that goes through a clock divider that gets fed into Maths, which generates functions that are fed to various other parts of the patch, including the filter's CV control. Things got weirder when I made the wavetable VCO sync to another VCO. Turning up FM on the VCOs adds to the mess.

        Based on a small, elegant patch mentioned on the Muff Wiggler forum (thanks: Navs, Stufflinear, Porify), which you can find here: http://muffwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10863 I've made a few changes to the patch above, but it is the same general idea. The changes include: In the original, either Maths' SUM or OR out is controlling Channel 1's BOTH range. In this, the SUM and OR are sent to a mixer, and the output of which is controlling Channel 1's BOTH amount. Maths' EOR output is clocking a Wogglebug, the Clock Out of which is triggering a Doepfer A-160 clock divider. (My first pass at this patch was a bit more involved, with the Wogglebug's CV outs controlling modules that ended up not being used here.) The A-160's /2 output is triggering a Dr. Pad (Snare 1 sound). The /4 output is gating a Moog Rogue. Maths' second Channel 1 output is sent to the Wave Env. amount input on a Wiard/Malekko Anti-Oscillator, adding a sort of "thwack!" to the sound. Maths' Channel 4 outputs are sent to: 1. Bubblesound uLFO PWM input 2. Doepfer A-156 Quantizer CV in The Quantizer's output is sent to a mult, and from there to: 1. 1 v/oct input on a Wiard/Malekko Anti-Oscillator 2. CV in on a Moog Rogue The Anti-Oscillator's Triangle and Mayhem outputs are sent to Channel 1 and 2 on a QMMG. The AO is receiving FM from the uLFO, with the Pulse wave going to the EXP in and the Sine going to the LIN in. The Trigger output from the 156 is sent to the first QMMG channel's CV input, which is shared between Channels 1 and 2 (both in LPG mode). I look forward to getting a new, better camera. Envelator 1 "end" out resest A147. uStep + Shuffling Clock Multiplier OR combined through the Short Bus. Outputs sent to clocks of Z8000 Row 1-4 and Column 1-4, Also sent to Gate inputs of Envelators. Z8000 controlling Pokey Osc 2 V/O. Envelator 2 + output also going to Borg 2 CV in. uLFO Sine out to Borg input 1, Borg to A-132 (being CV'd by Z8000), to Pokey Aux INput. SR Input controlled via z8000. uLFO v/o input controlled via Z8000.

            My long-awaited, long-saved-for QMMG arrived today!! This is the first patch I made with it-- very simple. Filmed for posterity: Two steady VCOs being fed into QMMG channels 1, 3 and 4. Channel 1 is the sine out from a Tip Top Z3000. Channel 3 is the sine out from a uLFO. Channel 4 is the sine shaped out from the uLFO. Channel 1 (in LPF mode) is sent to Channel 2 (in HPF mode). I had to sell my beloved Frostwave Resonator to afford this, and I figured the first patch should have some sort of connection to it, hence this arrangement. Channels 1, 2 and 3 on the QMMG are receiving modulation from both Channel 1 and 2 of Maths. QMMG Channel 4 is receiving modulation from a Doepfer A-143-1. The 143-1 is also providing CV for the sine uLFO's shaped wave. The QMMG is providing all tones beyond the two steady VCO drones. www.theshamblers.blogspot.com

                Accidentally double-compressed video (I'll fix it later). Apologies for this looking like it was filmed through a fish tank. Using a Doepfer A-143-1 to control/trigger Maths. Maths is modulating channels 1 and 2 on the QMMG. The sine out from a Z3000, with FM from a uLFO, is feeding a steady tone into QMMG channel 1 (modulated by Maths 4). The triangle out from an Elf LFO is feeding a steady bass tone into QMMG channel 2 (modulated by Maths 1). The tambourine sound is coming from a Boss Dr. Pad, triggered by the A-143-1. I love how extreme a change Maths' response curve can have on its behavior. I only wish it was voltage controllable! And adding swing with gate delay-- fun, fun, fun. I don't have a distro board for the top-rack of modules at the moment, which is frustrating to say the least! Soon enough I'll buy/build one, and can finally power the entire system. Hertz Donut VCO 1 (sine out) 2. uLFO sine via 137 Wave Multiplier 3. PLL (tracking the uLFO's saw) 4. Saw(s) from the Cloud Generator Inputs on the 138c: 1. 138b output 2. Sine(s) from the Cloud Generator 3. BBD (delaying VCO 2's sine from the HD) Sequencing being handled by Pressure Points/Brains and the Noisering. Reverb is courtesy of a Fender Twin Reverb, which was mixed with the dry signal. Some FabFilter echo added after the fact, too. www.theshamblers.blogspot.com

                      Using the Zorlon Cannon and Qotile Ultimatum as clock, cv source, and noise source. Noise outputs running through wasp. uLFO running through z2040. Both audio sources running through a132 vca's and A140 envelopes controlling vca's. uStep, Spock, a-160 and Z8000 also used for clocking(based off zorlon gate output) and cv sources to control filter. At somepoint i swap the qotile output from controlling the cutoff on the z2080 to control the cv input on the uLFO. I quantized cv going to the uLFO (not that you can really tell).
